After 10 weeks in hospital, it’s great to say she is finally home 💕
Tuesday last week is a day my husband and I will never forget. Let’s just say the doctors at RPA hospital saved both our lives that day and we will forever be grateful. Our daughter was born at 29 weeks, weighing just 994 grams, perfectly formed, strong, healthy and calm. Welcome to the world Tilly, our journey has just begun. Xx
